Verification of the Authenticity of Customer Reviews

Every consumer review is verified for authenticity before publication to ensure that reviews are submitted only by consumers who have actually purchased and/or used the reviewed products.

The verification is carried out:

• Through a manual review process by comparing the submitted review with the order history in our merchandise management system, making a prior purchase of the reviewed product a prerequisite for publication.
• By sending individualized review links to consumers after the completion of an online order. These links direct customers to an online review form and ensure that access to the review function is granted only to consumers who have actually purchased the product.
