All Customers outside EU-Countries (E.g. Switzerland & Norway, USA, Canada & others) buy without 19% VAT, after country-specific registration / log-in the Invoice will be without German VAT.
We supply around the world, within Germany & EU Countries all Prices incl. 19% VAT.

Due to recent changes in the US customs system, shipping to the US is currently not possible. Shipping providers are working intensively on a solution, but until the situation is finally clarified, we are unfortunately unable to deliver orders from the United States.
 

For deliveries within Germany, you have the following payment options:

•   Advance payment by bank transfer
•   Payment by cash on delivery (plus C.o.d. charge €9)

With the payment method cash on delivery (only for Germany possible) fee is cash on delivery within Germany 9,00 euro per item incl. 2.00 delivery fee charged by DHL for delivery.
Germany: 5,90 euro insured shipping
All other countries within the EU: insured 9,90 EUR shipping
Switzerland: insured 9,90 EUR shipping 
Shipping via DHL in other countries on request !

The deadline for delivery begins to run on the day after acceptance of the payment order to the transferring Bank or other methods of payment the day after conclusion of the contract with payment in advance and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. Is the last day of the period on a Saturday, Sunday or a general holiday recognized at the place of delivery, the next working day occurs at the point of one such day.
